Instead of doing Christmas presents my in-laws have taken us on a family vacation for the past couple of years. (Remember last year?) This year we went to Disneyland and had a FANTASTIC time!!!
Day one started off a bit drizzly but that didn't stop us from having a blast. We had loads of fun on the buzz ligthyear ride (Preston LOVED it), star tours (so fun!) and a dose of nostalgic rides including Pinocchio, Snow White and the carousel.
On our second day in Los Angeles the weather turned against us (think POURING rain) so we headed north toward the Museum of Natural History of Los Angles. It was AWESOME. I especially loved the bug exhibit and the jewels but really it was all intriguing.
On day three the clouds cleared and we enjoyed a perfectly lovely day with partly cloudy skies and temperatures warm enough for us to brave Splash Mountain.
And we finished off our trip with a PERFECT day bouncing between Disneyland and California Adventure.
Thank you Jeff and Linda for an amazing trip filled with wonderful memories.
(Now I'm off to tend those nasty colds we picked up as souvenirs...don't worry they were TOTALLY worth it!!!)

Thanks for having such a fun-loving attitude about the whole trip, even when things were not so fun. We will all have great memories!
We were so glad to see you, and I count our dinner out as one of the best parts of the trip (minus the part where I said Zac Efron was hot and paid for it dearly)! I wish we could have played together more--though I know with a big group that splitting up was the way to get things going and see everything. I'm SOOOO looking forward to next year!!!
