We had lots of fun yesterday at Nana Lori's house. Let me rephrase that. Me and the boys had lots of fun at Nana Lori's house. Nate, not so much. It's the curse of being a computer genius, I tell you.
While Nate slaved away on the "'puter" (as Pres calls it) Wy enjoyed being toted around like he was nana's newest handbag. (Are your arms sore today, mom?)
And Pres enjoyed a shiny shield, gantlets and battle axe. Because a boy can never have too many weapons.
The sunset on the drive home was spectacular!
I'm hoping those beautiful clouds mean some rain (finally) coming our way!

Oh, and whenever I pass stores like Hollister I think of you. You have a preppy California-esque style, like you're just about to hop on your sailboat. Like, cute button downs and eyelet lace dresses and crisp khaki shorts and such. I don't know if that's what you've been going for, but that's how you look to me!
Okay...I had another comment, but it seems to have disappeared. Weird.
I'm glad that you had fun at your mom's; I can tell that the boys were in heaven! Like you, I am grateful for the rain that has finally come our way. I just pray that we will continue to get the showers that are normal for this time of year.
